You are not comparing apples to apples. In this pedo molest case, there was an innocent victim - the 2 year old baby. In your embezzlement case example, the victims are the company's shareholders and if they decide to not to pursue, this is their perogative. You are not thinking straight.

Any country with a population that reproduces more quickly than it can create jobs for, cannot be allowed to export their unemployment. All countries need to solve their own unemployment problems. Every country should solve their own shit - don't export it. This way - there will be much fewer...
