I hope that soon there's a decline in the housing prices of Singapore as I wish to own a property for myself soon. Currently, I'm residing in a room for rent which I got with the help of Property Guru. Must say they have a variety of options available incase you want a room for rent in Singapore.

hey, 35 times the investment is a great return and investing in a property is considered to be one of the best long term investment option. If you invest in an hdb now, I feel that you would get an awesome return after 20 to 30 years though I can't confirm the returns amount. ;)

Agreed that the cost of living in Singapore has gone high which is why I have decided to invest in a service apartments and have given it out for rent to earn that extra income. Any income saved now will be very beneficial for the future of our kids. :cool:

Hey, I wish to retire in Singapore itself. A really amazing home to me Singapore has been and will always be and have also, recently taken a hdb in Singapore at a very good location hence I am really happy and content living in Singapore and would like to end my life here itself.

That’s good news to singles that Government is offering hdb flats but are they increasing the price that is the question… because even if houses are built like shoe boxes the prices are increases every year. But a good start for the singles.
