Not terrace house, they building superlinks, semi-Ds and bungalows in Phase 2. Size for superlinks starts from 26x75. Without land at the side the inner built up is big enough. 26' width Car porch can park 3 cars at least. still very high-end, match with their house pricing XD

It's not a "mistake", just depends on how people think. There will be varies design and I think they gonna improve the floor plan.

Phase 2 they are going to use oversea architect to create a new innovative concept in Iskandar Malaysia. I don't think they will remain the same concept and floorplan like Phase 1. Probably something new.

No doubt that when they are still developing Bukit Indah, their customer care service is quite good. Seldom heard they got any delay on fixing.

So for EB, the HTC is already there as everyone can see. Those purchaser still willing to pay for the concept and reputation of the developer. Unlike EL, it's not being done on later stage after they have purchase the unit. So why concern so much about the HTC since people are willing to buy??

We called it an investment because we have foreseen the future of the projects. I don't understand why people keep concern about the HTC. Can they talk about something new or something else?? How about the concept of the houses and the whole environment and township? If other developer trying to...

Agree. Prefer EB than HH as EB has a better layout plan and concept compare to HH. EB is building a township whereby there will be shophouses, service apartment, retail shops and landed property. The whole area are more well planned. Somemore it located just right beside Educity, which I think...

According to sales staff, price est from RM1.1 mil to RM1.3 mil. Should be cluster.
