hello to all. May I know if anyone has ever rented a place in HH short term? I am thinking about renting for 6 months while waiting for my own place to complete. I haven't contacted any agents yet as I'm not 100% sure yet. Just wondering if it's possible. Thanks

I thought I was the only one who thinks that way. Too much of something might not be good sometimes. But well, to each his own.

So we can actually change the exterior of the house? There are a few things I don't like about the exterior and was thinking of changing it. But mine is terrace not bungalow. Same rule applies? Or rather same rule "doesn't" apply?

May I know if anyone did any external reno on their house in HH? Since it's not strata title, and from what I can see from the S&P, there is only mention of no change of colour, how are they going to enforce what you do to the external of the house?
