The eTA stands for the Swiss Federal Tribunal for appeals of administrative decisions. It's an agency which gives people the chance to appeal administrative decisions or cases which have been left by the courts of Switzerland. The main intention is to safeguard and defend the interests of all taxpayers. The general concept behind the ETA is the courts of Switzerland can't get it right every time. People who would like to file cases for an instance should do so through the official site of this ETA. There are attorneys that deal with such matters just on a one time basis.
