I have never even heard of such an absurd idea that the resentment towards NS is due to ethnicity. Frankly, your assertion is ridiculous.
You should perhaps ask:
Why is NS necessary in the first place?
Why should you be forced into such servitude?
Why you can't opt out of serving...
