I looked at it before deciding on perling forty 5 instead. I think both have their advantages but for me I prefer the perling forty 5 location being right next to the highway leading to bukit indah, gelang patch and second link. Also nestled in a mature area, near to the wet market, next to...

I guess the pricing reflects the premium of e&o properties... If I am a buyer I would have better peac of mind with regards to maintenance even post completion...
