Since they can acquire JCC site for the HSR station, I feel they should also consider acquiring Raffles Marina too. Why make a 5 mins ferry ride become a 90 mins or more ride and adding congestion to the already busy sea lanes down south? Not to mention the higher ticket price to Harbourfront...

Yes they cannot suka suka just change like that, have to clarify with their lawyers first. The vacuum inside the units is one of their main selling point for this building, besides the central aircon.. To me, it looks like cost cutting in order to pay the late delivery payments to buyers. If...

Well, it's just that I just feel there's something missing when I was there a couple of times recently. People are just hanging around without anything much to do other than eating or drinking. Yes, things might get rowdy with a disco around but a nice shopping mall with a cinema in the area...

I feel PH needs a top end disco like Chinoiserie or Zouk's (not those shake heads type) in one of the hotels to attract the young happening adults. Must have very strict rules and regulations, so no frequent fights. Good place for those ah sia kias to hang out after racing the million $ cars in...

Actually it's quite obvious that something is not right when the main focus is cheaper labor for ordinary workers but with super high cost of living, while it's ok for elites to continue paying themselves unbelievable high income (direct and indirect). This only happen in 3rd world countries.
