If You’re So Damn Smart, Why Aren’t You Rich?

Why the rich have to be smart? vice versa
Why must wearing a stooopid orange flower shirt make u dutch or vice versa ...???
I got 1 friend who always think he is smart, and think that others are stupid.
He jio me out to set up a biz. I said i don't have $$, and without hesitate, he asked me to sell my flat. I was stunned. "How about you, are you selling yours too?", i asked. "I've not pay off my loan, so can't", he replied. He thought that i'm stupid, that one can return the flat to hdb while still on loan.
They are ppl who are indeed smart with higher IQ, but if they don't respect others and and not willing to invest a single cent but keep on taking advantages from others , they can only remain as "smart" only, but not rich.

No they are stupid n rich. And they can get Sinkies to vote them in everytime without fail when they knew Sinkies are clever and poor and prey on their fear which is useless since we are powerless .

Don't be mean. A salesman never thinks of his client as stupid. A politician never thinks of a voter as dumb. If cannot sell, it is our fault, not sinkees'.
