Creating a delicious plate of fried rice is not rocket science. There are so many recipes available online. I use lots of prawns, char siew, fish cake, eggs, fish sauce and green peas in my fried rice which tastes fabulous. I don't go for overpriced fried rice sold at eateries in S'pore.
