A father of 3 young men works hard to pay their university tuition after their mom died. The sons promised they would repay him when they gained employment. He said the only thing he wanted from each of them was to place a $1,000 in his coffin after he passed away. The boys, now young men, became a doctor, banker and a lawyer.
The day came and the boys promised to keep their vow at their dad's funeral.
The doctor places $1,000 cash in the coffin, said goodbye and left the funeral home.
The banker left $1,000 as well in cash. He said goodbye to his brother and left.
The lawyer scooped up all $2,000 and placed the cash in his pocket. He wrote a cheque for $3,000 and placed it inside the coffin.
The third brother reminds me of a CECA.
