My condo and other developments along Dunearn Road and Bukit Timah are populated by lots of CECA tenants. These people are able to pay rent of $6,00-$10,000 per month.

CECAs are just as bad. There are a growing number of such tenants paying top dollar rent at condos along Bukit Timah and Dunearn Road.

I just returned from the wet market. Cyclists in convoys all the way from Dunearn Road to Clementi, Ulu Pandan and Holland Road.

Do you notice how many elite schools are located along Bukit Timah and Dunearn Road?

Fortunately, I live along Dunearn Road and not at Mandarin (Mumbai) Gardens.

I live at Dunearn Road and see more and more CECA tenants at my condo and nearby developments.

I live along Dunearn Road, but have not seen a wild boar in more than a year. I used to catch sight of at least 1-2 every evening when I jog along the Rail Corridor or Bukit Batok Park.

I live at Dunearn Road, and testify that the number of CECAs renting condo units along this stretch of Bukit Timah is growing. How much are these foreigners earning if monthly rental is between $6,000 - $10,000 depending on the size and location of these condos?

I have been staying along Dunearn Road for decades, but more CECAs are replacing Caucasian, Japanese and Korean tenants at my condo.

As my condo is at Dunearn Road which is not that far from the Causeway, most of the security guards are Malaysians who ride into SG on motorbikes from Johor.

I live in Dunearn Road, and will testify that condos along Bukit Timah are now full of CECA tenants.

As I live along Dunearn Road, I can testify to a few incidents when pedestrians had plastic bags snatched from their hands by pesky monkeys who find it more rewarding than scavenging for leftovers in bins at Bukit Timah Nature Reserve.

There is a growing number of such tenants at my condo along Dunearn Road. It amazes me that they are able to rent condo units for $6,000 - $10,000 per month.

Dunearn Road? It was more fun back in the day, with the Yeo Hiap Seng factory, and busloads of gamblers going to the Turf Club at Rifle Range Road every weekend.

Dunearn Road isn't even the most 'elite' part of Bukit Timah, you need to go further 'downstream', Balmoral, Stevens Rd, Chancery Lane areas. Or the areas around the Sixth Ave zone.
