It’s clear that he’s leaving because of troubled waters more than just mere dissatisfaction.

If you try to decipher his speech, he was saying he was an absent father, husband and son. That’s some pretty serious self bashing there. And why did it just occur to him now after his kids have grown up? Lol

It’s most likely he was caught red handed for something serious and it’s related to his personal life.
