[Sg video] Chiobu owner of Corndog stall at Pasar Malam losing $10k of her hard earned money due to low customer footfall, asks public to help support

It's quite obvious that her corn dog isn't attracting repeat customers. My conclusion is that there is something not right about her food. Day 1 sales 3 digits and after that remains at low 2 digits. Pretty obvious her food that she sells is questionable.

Consumers aren't idiots. Once they tried and the food is not edible, this is the outcome.

its no people even going. kumgong for paying the rental

$500/day rental is astronomical as it's a pasar malam. Not even food stall standard. No roof if rain. No parking. This is no way to treat start ups.

High cost leading to high selling price now hitting everyone. Sell corndog $2, many bbfa sure support!

Doing F&B is the fastest way to bankruptcy these days. And no, I will not eat her or her corndog even Jesus came down a 2nd time.

The only winner is the landlord…stupid Sinkies work hard to support all these PAP voting companies

I think $100 to $150 per day is fair
Factoring in the salary for both at $100

It already $$250.

You be better off running a pasa malam stall in Malaysia.
Pasar malam should be in housing estates. And the most only $50/ day. As most people walk to pasar malam. They don't drive kilometres, away just to get there. That way you create a bottom up economy to survive and thrive.
Our problem is highly paid authorities are living in another world. They have no idea how to ignite the entrepreneurial spirit.

If a pastry malam is to pay $500 per day, they should be provided with an aircon envoroment tentage

The issue here is not the organizer who charge $500 per day rental. The issue is with these clueless fucktard "business owners" who took up this crazy offer.

They could just walk away, but took it up and now complain that they are losing money. Its like you know there is a hungry lion in the den waiting to pounce, and you jumped in anyways.
