As for myself I still care about charbo side of view when I was in 40s and only ignored that when I turned full karchng bin.

I already mentioned that when these doctors are at lunch; they are still at the hospital and will return to work after their break. Do you have any trouble understanding basic English? Why do you have an axe to grind with doctors? Did you fail to gain entry into medical school at NUS?

I apologise for the previous mistake.
Now I re read, now I know you meant they need their stethoscope with them as they might have emergency.
However my clear minded view still stand strongly.
If they are in consistent I.e to save lifes and emergencies even at lunch, sometimes they need to have it while sometimes not.
So I would see it as they want to show off.

You are clearly confused, and unable to distinguish between a doctor on duty, on his break and off duty. If he is at his lunch break, but still at the hospital, he has to be prepared to cover an emergency. Once he is off duty, he has co-workers who are at work. Now do you understand, or are you in cognitive decline?
