Is something big happening to Cryptos?

Bitcoin is dominated by a small number of Chinese-owned miners. It is not used as a viable payment method anywhere with the highest fees and slowest transaction times among all cryptocurrencies. It is now manipulated by stablecoins like Tether, responsible for over 95% of its artificial trading volume. It consumes so much energy, like a nation, but delivers no meaningful benefit, except speculative gambling.
