狮城女称错爱尼日利亚男 离婚后遭性侵被迫骨肉分离

“那时我们已经离婚，有一次，他在儿子面前，他弄（强奸）我。”本地一名女子声称错爱尼日利亚男子，疑被骗婚，之后更惨遭家暴和性侵。她近日将经历出版成书，希望给其他女性警示，也期望借此争取儿子的抚养权。
第一段婚姻失败收场
53岁的谢诗美（Lynn Shia）自认从小不会读书，念到小学五年级就出社会工作，学习理发，在理发院打工时认识了第一任丈夫，19岁那年与大她一岁的丈夫结婚。

她接受《8视界新闻》访问时说，一开始婚姻甜蜜，但在过了一段日子后，婚姻开始变质，夫妻关系有名无实，他们开始吵架，维持了20多年的婚姻在2008年收场。
谢诗美坦言，前夫经济能力不错，和他在一起时，她过着舒适的生活，住公寓、开大汽车，离婚后她感到非常恐慌，觉得自己一无所有。
她说：“离婚的时候，我20多年来完全没有工作过，当时我也患上了忧郁症。”由于没有经济能力，三个女儿的抚养权最终归前夫所有。
以为找到“浮木”
为了赚钱，她只好到快餐店打工，通过同事的介绍，开始参加教会活动，不久之后在教会遇见了第二任丈夫。

“他说他是尼日利亚人，在马来西亚吉隆坡读大学，读工程系之类的。”
谢诗美说，她当时还深陷在忧郁症当中，“他一开始对我很好，很会甜言蜜语，我刚刚经历过破裂的婚姻，突然有一个人这么关心你，你就好像（沦陷了），他又是看起来十分虔诚的人，我以为这样就是一定是好男人。”
“我认识他不到半年，他就叫我跟他结婚了。”
怀疑前夫为申请居留证而结婚
谢诗美说，前夫后来请她帮忙申请长期居留证，申请被拒绝后，他就计划去别的国家，比如澳大利亚，再被拒绝后又回到了马来西亚吉隆坡。
两人在吉隆坡生活了几年，前夫开始对她施暴，如果惹他生气，他就会用腰带打她、“或是一巴掌打过来，打到我耳朵好像听不见，不然就是用拳头打我，（打得我）满身是瘀青。”
“有时我在想，为什么，我太天真了，每次他叫我原谅他，我又会再回来。”谢诗美说，丈夫也会假借宗教之名给她“洗脑”，告诉她老婆一定要臣服于老公。
到美国与她离婚
2015年，她带着身孕，到美国去和前夫会面。回想当年，她感叹，“可以说是他骗我过去美国的”。
她称前夫竟向她提议要与当地人“假结婚”，以获得美国公民权，还说“一切都是为了我们的未来”。但是，前夫却在她身怀六甲时把她载到律师楼，她懵懵懂懂地签了离婚协议书，之后发现他跟当地一名女子结婚，最终好像拿到绿卡（美国国籍）。
她还说，前夫在她怀孕期间没收她的护照，在她产后才还给她，当时签证已经到期。但他利用儿子控制住她，她为了不与儿子分开，决定违法逾期逗留。

谢诗美透露，在美国生活时前夫在家里装了闭路电视监视她。

她指前夫在家中装闭路电视监视她，不让她随意外出，甚至不顾他们已经离婚，当着儿子面前强奸她。
“他不管你来月经、他要跟你这样，就要，不管你要不要，他强迫你。我也说过我要报警，但他会威胁我说，尽管去报警吧，他们会把你送回国，把儿子送走。”当时，他们的儿子只有几个月大。
“我跟我自己讲，我只是为了我的儿子而活，住在那边。”
直到2019年，前夫安排她回到新加坡。“他说，他会带着当时四岁的儿子来新加坡找我，让我先回到新加坡安顿下来再说。”但是，儿子至今仍在美国。

遇到了“守护天使”
回到新加坡的谢诗美感到十分绝望，直到她遇到了现任男友Rama。在Rama的鼓励和支持下，她将自己的经历出版成书《Ms. Lynnocent》。
Rama坦言当初也不相信她的故事，但两人在交心之后，他决定给她各方面的支持，包括出资过万元为她出书。

在Rama的支持下，谢诗美将自己的经历写成书。

Rama认为，谢诗美的故事可以启发其他女性。他说：“我在网上发现很多骗女人的骗子，尤其是骗失去婚姻和感情的女人，这就是出版这本书的目的。”
“不过，最重要的是，我们希望通过这本书说出真相，让她的三个女儿和家人了解她。他们看过书后，感情也越来越好。”
他们希望出书能引起更多关注，从而让更多人参与网上请愿，支持谢诗美争取儿子的抚养权。谢诗美称，前夫在她返新时把儿子的抚养权转移到他名下。
他们称已向美国领事馆求助，他们也打算利用卖书收益，聘请律师争取将儿子接到新加坡，甚至是用这笔钱设立防欺诈运动。
谢诗美说，前夫一开始还会让她跟儿子视讯，但他后来屏蔽了她，她已经近四个月没有儿子的消息。
虽然想到儿子时，她总是以泪洗面，目前还在接受忧郁症治疗，不过她不放弃希望，“我未来的希望，就是可以带我儿子过来，我做工存钱，这是最要紧的。”
