Now go jogging

Today no form.
Only managed 8km 52minutes.
 
My target 9km in 60minutes.
Weak liao last few week can.
Now cb eat too much , puncture already.
 
i now do brisk walking.... 3-4 km daily; stopped jogging many, many years ago, cos some friends kena knee problem as age catches up...
..no joke; a jogger knee got no cure one !!! :geek:
