Bread Talk is in deep shit!

Ho Kah Leong another hypocrite pretending to be cultured oriental gentleman.
Teeko Leong was fucking his terminally ill wife’s personal nurse when the wife was dying in bed. Immediately after the wife died he married the nurse.

What's wrong with that? He couldn't have sex with a terminally ill woman. All that pent up seed needs another flesh receptacle.

No sympathy for them. I emailed them to offer them a free recipe but never even received reply. Fucking yaya. Bring $20 bread to sinkies just when recession about to hit. Like an albatross sent to all their atas and expensive brands to bring them all down. Well done Breadtalk!

Happy Lunar New Year Boss.

I like Din Tai Fung, but much competition these days.

Being a leader one may not know everything what his subordinates do. Same like if government officials in Singapore corrupt you cannot blame its PAP right?

Subordinates dare to substitute fake and claim it is freshly brewed including displays and advertisement? All the bottles were ordered and printed freshly brewed

Corruption is definitely underectable by any leader until he is caught but to mispresent publicly would have been very noticeable and no reason the boss wasn't informed by his Secretary or friends

George Quek is best. He can assume so many role in one person. He must be paid very well.

If wisconsin sounds legit, nothing wrong with ACL.

ACL sound more classy than wisconsin.

Expressiouly if got UPTON in front of ACL

LAGI MORE POWER - GOOD ESPECIALLY FOR CECA RAMESH

Any officials in Singapore corrupt or teeko, I usually blame PAP.

All the Breadtalk Group outlets (including Food Republic and Toast Box etc) have occupied the best locations inside malls. You have to kiss quite a bit of PAP ass to accomplish this feat.

Din Tai Fung needs to be owned by someone more worthy.

The more they own the faster the cash burn. Unless a few sector earn big money to cover the loss making ones. But the above all f&b and very competitive. I remember Quek expansion to overseas market too eg. China
Looks like he has every sector covered and a monopoly over sinkies pockets.....ding tai Feng toast box and bread talk are all sinkie favourites.
My only bone of contention with these businesses is they all hire jiu hu kias which explains the hordes of JHKs here, taking money out of sinkie pockets and .....

Other than that quek seems to be a genius and understands sinkie spending habits very well,he's got the entire sinkie FNB dim sum kopitiam and bakery market locked down.

Super salesman, you got it wrong. PAP is corrupt but government officials have to tiam tiam.

Agree just like there's fifty shades of grey there's fifty shades of corruption,PAP is smarter than their Malaysian counter parts, rather than just blatant corruption and denying it,theirs is more subtle more refined cronyism, between the lines but still within the law.and they make the rules.corrupt but not corrupt enough to create an outrage among sinkies.

Mr Quek's hands-on approach has helped generate explosive growth for BreadTalk, which now has more than 630 outlets, including other brands like Toast Box, across 15 countries, including Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand.

That was the strategy adopted by BreadTalk Group chairman George Quek when he took the gamble of setting up shop in China in 2003.

His foreign ventures must have lost quite a bit of money.

Most recently, the BreadTalk-Pindao venture signed its own joint venture agreement with Song Fa (SF) Holdings to grow the latter’s bak kut teh brand in China.

Under the agreement, BTG-SF-Pindao, through its wholly owned subsidiaries, will take over in operating and managing the Song Fa brand of restaurants in Shenzhen and Guangzhou that was originally covered under a previous agreement between BTG and Song Fa.

The BreadTalk-Pindao venture resulted from a joint venture agreement (JVA) between Together Inc Pte Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Group and Shenzhen Pindao Food & Beverage Management Co Ltd to operate and manage the Nayuki and Tai Gai tea beverage brands in major Southeast Asia markets, including Singapore and Thailand.

In a separate JVA, the group’s Shanghai BreadTalk subsidiary is also eyeing to make their presence felt in Chongqing by partnering with franchisee Ge Ying to operate the brand of bakeries in the area and potentially expand in the South-Western market.

Currently, Ge and his team manage the BreadTalk brand of bakeries in Tibet Autonomous Region (“TAR”) for the last six years. Under this agreement, Shanghai BreadTalk will hold a 30% stake while 70% will be owned by Ge Ying.

Hiring foreigners for jobs at F&B is normal in Singapore. They pay minimum to workers and sell their products high . Once they have the crowd money keep coming in
