If the pap is serious about real reforms..than all infrastructure project must have 50% local content. Foreign workers quota, s pass and all that crap need to be reviewed. We have heaps of unemployed engineers. They can b used to build the mrt lines. All projects need engineers. Up skill construction jobs.. in ang mor lands..machinery, skid steers etc is used. They don't use hand to dig holes. Like in singkieland with heaps of blangahs to paint one fence etc. Heaps of inefficiency in the construction industry. Cut all CEO and senior mgt pay for gahmen companies by 69%. N use the savings to increase the pay for the lowest and middle rung workers. All HR departments are to staffed by 100% locals. No Foreigners allowed.

Abolish all foreign student scholarships and transfer scholarship to locals. Maybe have exception for ASean scholarship. But that should be no more than 100 per annum.

Reduce dependency on mudland workers. No more favourable treatment for them. Foreign workers are to compliment local labour not replace them.

Abolish NS and have a professional standing army. The SAF is just a gravy train for scholars. No use having them around as the generals can't even organise an orgy in a whorehouse. Their budget is even bigger than MOH and MND.

All foreign workers are to pay tax instead of cpf which is withdrawn when they return home. Singkies don't have such benefits. So if cpf is 20%. foreigners pay 20% tax. The main aim is to protect the middle class. If the middle class is secure they will spend n plan better for future. The reason why the economy is depressed is becos locals are squeezed out by pap manpower policies
