By the way, Stinky's Formidable class frigates may be the most heavily armed frigates in the world when it comes to SSM.
24 SSM in one ship, 24 X 6 = 144 SSM for only 6 ships. Not bad. PESA radar needs upgrade to AESA or not?
Responding to Stinky Navy's move, Stinky Marine also offered this Fearless frigate in Stinky Airshow 2013. With a load of 24 SSM in one frigate.
If Stinky Navy operate 6 MRCV/destroyers, 6 formidable frigate, 8 or 12 LMV, that can provide a potential firepower unmatched in region and enough to sink 4 aircraft carriers easily.
6 MRCV = 6 X 24 SSM = 144 SSM
6 upgraded Formidable FFG = 6 X 24 SSM = 144 SSM
8 or 12 LMV = mission modules, unknown number of SSMs on demand, let's say, 8 SSM per ship, so 8 X 8 = 64 SSM or 12 X 8 = 96 SSM.
Sum: 144 SSM + 144 SSM + 64 SSM = 352 SSM minimum (?) or 144 SSM + 144 SSM + 96 SSM = 384 SSM maximum.
Even if a force of 4 LMVs are left behind to patrol Stinky waters and 2 upgraded Formidable FFG are left to provide sea based air defence for stinkypore's tiny landmass, you are left with anywhere from 272 SSM to 304 SSM.
Supersonic Gabriel Mk 5 or even subsonic Harpoon SSM in such numbers fired simultaneously should sink 4 aircraft carriers easily.
Not bad lah.
