食藥署日前協同檢警查獲台南「浚仁實業有限公司」及「浚美商行」涉嫌將過期海鮮改標再賣，流入當地辦桌外燴業者，近1.6公噸黑心海鮮遭封存，另估計有超過100公斤黑心海鮮被吃下肚。業者吳姓夫妻訊後依違反食安管理法送辦。

警政署保安警察第七總隊第三大隊今天發布新聞稿指出，台南地檢署指揮保七總隊三大隊、台南市政府衛生局等單位，11日搜索台南市佳里區2家公司、2處冷凍倉儲及逾期海鮮冷凍食品地下加工廠，逮捕吳姓夫妻及員工共5人。

台南市衛生局人員在地下工廠搜索時，當場查獲業者將逾期沙蝦仁原料解凍，準備重新包裝再貼上新標籤販售。

衛生福利部食品藥物管理署也公布此消息，南區管理中心副主任張馨文受訪時表示，現場查獲該公司涉嫌將過期的「鱈冰魚」、「黃金蟹管肉」及「熟凍龍蝦」等冷凍海鮮，竄改食品有效日期並分裝重新販售，其中過期最久的是熟凍龍蝦，已過期超過1年半，共有近1.6公噸問題產品遭封存。

根據追查，逾期海鮮均流入台南市6家辦桌外燴業者，超過106公斤已全數賣光無存貨，恐通通被民眾吃下肚。

張馨文指出，違法改標販售冷凍食品已違反「食品安全衛生管理法」第15條規定，將可依法處新台幣6萬至2億元罰鍰。

警方調查，吳姓夫妻經營海鮮批發10多年，專銷外燴餐廳，已有逾期冷凍海鮮流往市面。吳姓夫妻等人訊後依詐欺、違反食品安全衛生管理法等罪嫌送辦，並持續追查回收逾期冷凍海鮮商品。
