We should give the benefit of doubt that Charles Chong and in fact, all of the FAP MPs are good people - have they not been consumed by power and greed. What they need to do now is to repent, seek forgiveness and accept just punishment for their misdeeds and betrayal of the SGs, and start working with the Oppos to create a country that SGs can truly call home. The best outcome from this election is for the Oppos to be voted in en masse in Parliament to form a coalition government, audit the FAP's books, bring to justice the miscreants, and resume the nation-building process that SG forefathers started. This will not be a smooth-sailing, but necessary process - if SGs truly care for the interest of their posterity.
