Why not just juice organic produce?
I am currently using organic produce but don't forget that there might be dirt on the produce & an ultrasonic cleaner is the ultimate cleaner.
In manufacturing ultrasonics is used to clean circuit boards. In the future I may be spending more time outside Spore where I don't have access to organic produce, so proper cleaning will be more important.
It can also be used to clean fish, meat, rice,...etc
I find it difficult to clean the leafy parts of broccoli & kale. I currently just soak & rinse it. I remember that in one season the kale from Australia had these moth like insects. Soaking would have cleared the insects but I have been looking for a better solution.
I know that this is an expensive solution. I've been looking at the other ultrasonic cleaners which are cheaper but that is because they are smaller.
In Spore it is easy to get organic produce but I'm not sure about Thailand

Cleaning with ozone does not damage the food. Drinking ozonated water is part of the Bob Beck anti-cancer protocol.

brother, my health screening check shows that my blood pressure is 110/87 or 110/82.. the result will be out soon. i saw it at the meter when he was measuring my pressure.

Something else you can also consider is to try apple cider vinegar. Each day mix 2 or more tea spoons with water & drink it. I tried drinking the apple vinegar without the water & although it is doable I wouldn't recommend it
