Reason Why Singaporeans are Angry

1. LTY is dismayed that MRTs and buses are not reliable and constantly breakdown
2. YI is dismayed that M1 and Singtel are not perform their duties
3. TCH is dismayed that civil servants are increasingly corrupt
4. GKY is dismayed that the hospitals are short of beds
5. TCJ is dismayed that employers prefer to employ foreigners
6. KBW is dismayed that housing prices are too high
7. NEH is dismayed that Singaporeans are not treating others as they would like to be treated
8. LHK is dismayed that SG's FTAs are not working well
9. VB is dismayed that NEA cant nail WP
10. HSK is dismayed that the education system is not producing employable citizens
11. CCS is dismayed that there are so many poor citizens in SG
12. The mother of all dismays is from LHL who feels that singaporeans are like a pack of hounds going after him .

But have the pap ministers realised that these are all within their purviews and the dismays show their poor performance.

Singaporeans rightly should be angry that the pap can only express dismays and try to blame others for their non performance. It's time they get off their butts and start running their ministries and serve Singapore

Instead of being angry with the FTs, you should learn to be a bit more humble and learn some of their skills.

FTs come to Singapore so they can help the country economically by filling the skills gaps. You should show some gratitude rather than express your anger.

i was driving along Mountbatten Road and saw eight foreign workers helping to resurface the road. one drove the tractor, one swept the road, three holding jelly cans of water to cool the bitumen and three others walking beside them looking important. I have seen the same job being done in australia by three australian.

SG contractors employ eight workers for the job because they are unskilled and cheap and the five extras are to cater to low productivity and sick leaves

I was there for a couple of weeks over the festive season. I had a great time. The government has done wonders for the country. It is clean and green and full of exciting places to wine and dine. One of my old schoolmate buddies took me for ride in his Bentley and showed me the latest additions to the Orchard Road / Marina Bay area.

I asked him how on earth he could afford such an extravagant set of wheels. His answer was that the government had grown the economy considerably over the last few years and he was on a roll with turnover more than doubling over the last 3 years.

I then asked him whether he'd prefer the peace and quiet of NZ. He laughed and said that the turnover he could achieve in Singapore was 3 times more than what a similar sized company would do in Auckland. I had to agree. The NZ economy is like a backwater compared to dynamic Singapore.

Singaporeans are very lucky to have such good leadership.

I met up with a friend who was originally from India. She was in SG for abt five years before she went with her hubby to work in New Jersey eight years ago. She came back recently and met me for lunch. The first thing she blurted out was "what happened to SG. It's not the SG I knew and it is in a mess. I am glad I moved out of SG"

It takes someone who has seen the old SG to know the mess that LHL has done
