20 Dec 2012 – Ms Chin Peiyun, (Executive/Hawker Centres Division, NEA) informed Mr Pradeep (AHPETC's Property Officer in charge of Block 538 Bedok North Street 3) that the Hawkers Association representatives of Block 538 had proposed that their annual March 2013 spring cleaning be scheduled from 4 to 8 March 2013.

What is annual spring cleaning? AHPETC's spring cleaning was 4 times a year and annual cleaning including ceilings was once a year. And the annual cleaning was in October and not March, based on the tentative schedule.

And if you look at Chin Peiyun's email, she did not say "annual". However Vivian's dossier added that word.

The original e-mail did NOT have 'annual'. When Vivian submitted to Parliament a doctored e-mail, that is tantamount to lying, misleading the House. If a million-dollar minister, who is supposed to flawless in character and sold as such, lies, that is a BIG deal.

If for somethning that is serious enough to waive his parliamentary privilege, and the document has a typo, then this is double-confirmation that he is totally unfit to be a minister. What happens if we were negotiating some serious trade agreements?

Same for the cabinet who endorsed his position.
