When reporters asked numerous demonstrators whether they'd actually watched the video, the answer was hardly a surprise.

Those who condemn Sun Ho have never been to a CHC service, have never witnessed the hours of practice she had to put in to perfect her dance moves, have never experienced the intensity she brings to a song and the inspiration it provides for the thousands who need a hand in getting through life.

They achieve nothing in their lives. I an really surprised by the intolerance shown in this forum by the majority when minority views are presented. Its is really sad that we have come to this. Let me cite 3 recent cases to which many of us have contributed views.

1. The Sun Ho thread is a fine example where Sam is clearly in the minority but hateful posts are beyond belief. I use to hate Sun Ho and Kong Kee to the core but I did not join in to rubbish the thread but overtime I have become a believer in both her beauty and her contribution to mankind. I now listen to her music when I take a bath. I no longer equate her to a horse. i also belief that Kong Hee has been framed. I have to thank Sam for bringing knowledge and I am now better informed.

2. SDP bashing - this has to stop. In 1996, when he lost his pants his supporters believed that Singaporeans are dumb and that Chee was ahead of his time i disagreed. I now see this being the case. The point that many in this forum fail to appreciate is that they are indeed right all along. Just because we can't comprehend does not mean we are right and he is wrong. He might be politically ineffective, hopeless and directionless but one misses the point completely. You do not form or join a political party to get elected or enter parliament. The concept of being a representative of the people is also old school. I have no idea what he is doing but lets give him the space. Lets face it, he has been a well known head of a political party for 21 years with nothing but sheer power to show for it. No harm waiting another 21 years. So lets stop bashing the minority views.

3. Todd / Tey cases and the courts - this is clearly a case of a tiny minority fighting a rearguard battle against common sense and logic. But is there a need to ignore their views. Step back and think. Todd's mother is a Christian pastor and you cannot find a more honest individual than a person of the cloth. The father is an airline pilot, another well respected and honourable profession. These two people have made claims. Are you really going to ignore the views of a Christian pastor and an Airline pilot. Come on.

So lets all of us step back and give the minority views some space and respect. Take my position as a well respected and highly valued member of this forum known for my honesty, gentlemanly conduct and intelligence. If I can see Sun Ho in a new light, give Chee another 21 years and believe in space ships landing in Montana, I cannot see why others can't do the same.

I am glad you are finally giving the minority breathing room. Vegans in this forum have been vilified. It is time we recognized the harm we cause when we raise cattle for slaughter. We are human beings, in case we have forgotten. It is beneath human decency to eat animal flesh or to keep cattle in farms. All animals should be free to roam God's good Earth without being raised in captivity or eaten by cruel, disgusting human beings. Our intestines are designed to process only green leafy vegetables, not disgusting rotting carcasses of animals cruelly killed. Have any of you fucking meat eaters wondered why your faeces is so smelly. That's God way of telling you that your diet is fucked up.

Let us also give Goh Meng Seng the much needed credit he deserves. For years, he has been the lone voice of reason in the Politics Folder, telling us the Hard Truth about WP. It is our own bigotry and narrow-mindedness that have prevented us from seeing the light. In return for his wisdom, we repay him with flames and insults. Come on guys, are we so shallow?

Are you going fishing at East Coast tomorrow? Your net seems to be very big. I hope you have a good catch. But I do not want you to eat the fish. Release them back into the water and let them swim free. Come let us walk where the grass is green and donkeys roam free.

As I began reading point 1 I realized scroobal was being ironic again. Gosh, I am really slow.

If opposition dont perform well they get kicked out. If PAP dont perform well, they get to stay in power. GMS has more is just a green eyed monster who is nit picking to make himself feel good.

The other vegetarian thing. Firstly I sense there is confusion between vegan and vegetarian. Vegan is pure herbivores and no animal by product. No cheese and milk and eggs etc. Vegetarians consume animal by products but not meat directly. But the so called vegetable person in this forum starts out by insulting those who eat meat etc etc. Please it is a scientific fact that a balance diet is the way to go. If I want to eat meat i eat meat. Why the insults to those who eat meat etc? If u are a vegetarian or whatever, its up to u, but don't call those who chose not to follow names.

These so called minority are vilified because they are villains. They are no better than the Scum in White,,the minority terrorising the Majority. But in this forum people here think better, not like in the outside world where the 60% are blind.

Until I took the decision to be myself, I too wanted to be popular and went with the majority. Not anymore. I am proud to say that I have been a vegan too for the last 6 years. Every morning I start my day with a mango and also end my day with a mango. Thats two mangoes per day. Its my practice to hold both mangoes in my hands the moment I wake up. I rub it and feel it and then pick the one to put mouth around it. I have suck the living the daylights of that mango. My life changed around since then.

In his student days, he was active in campus and hooked up regularly with the authorities to provide critical information in exchange for coffee and doughnuts. How many of us can claim such a distinguished career in the political space? If GMS' non-emotional, unbiased analysis does not sit well with you, that's too bad.

(b) Only vegans are morally upright. Even those who touch milk or eggs are sinners in the eyes of God. Our intestines are long and curvy, suitable only for digesting pure plant material. There can be no comprise between eating vegan and eating meat. One is food and the other is poison. If you touch animal flesh, you will not enter the Kingdom of God.

That remind of the wonderful film "Where donkeys roam" with Kevin Spacey taking the reins of the mighty galloper "Howsun" to victory. I rate that movie as the most eclectic of all movies that I have seen. It was hell of a ride. And I am sure many were on that ride.

This is one of the biggest hoax. Abalone is a vegetable. Its part of the mushroom family only that it grows underwater. I have no idea why people get confused. I have seen supermarkets have it on the shelves with other mushrooms and the texture is no different but very expensive.

I take it with my mangoes for its obvious health properties. Both contain Vitamin E.
