Does Singapore hate Canada?

Interestingly it has a big operation here despite not having a non-resident HC. They handle migration for locals, foreign maids, nurses etc. No economic synergies though.

Canada seems to view SG high enough to have a HC here. But SG is no friend in return

There are only three things of importance to Canucks:

1.Trade with the US. (>80%)
2. Ice-Hockey
3. Legalization of Pot, someday.

Cheers!

why join the foreign service if you dun want to stay in foreign countries?

JW5 where are you?

You forgot to add curling and Timmies' double double

I don't see people getting excited about Curling, not even as much as soccer, Tim Horton's, that's because buggers don't have much of a choice, Country Style is even worse!

Cheers!

It's on most menus in bars and steak houses in Canada. Just like wings.

I must be in some ethnic neighbourhood, most eateries where I'm at serve samosas. No poutine here, got goat's milk though.

Cheers!

they have high com here we dont over there

I'm guessing there are probably too few resident Sinkies in Canada to justify setting up a HC?
For U.S, U.K and Oz, quite a few go over for work and study so it makes sense to have a HC in these places. Also, strong economic and military ties with these countries.

Any Canadian based sinkies care to comment?

Annual participation in Maple Flag exercise in CFB Cold Lake air weapon range with NATO countries. Few Sinkies and little economic ties. So an insignificant red dot to Singapore
