DAVID BECKHAM will leave LA Galaxy after next month’s MLS Cup final.

Ex-Manchester United and Real Madrid star Becks has spent six years playing in America.

And he said: “I’ve had an incredibly special time playing for the LA Galaxy.

"However, I wanted to experience one last challenge before the end of my playing career.

“I don’t see this as the end of my relationship with Major League Soccer as my ambition is to be part of the ownership structure in the future.”

Beckham, 37, is England's most-capped outfield player and joined Galaxy in January 2007.

Before that, he spent four years with Spanish giants Real Madrid after signing for £25million from United.

During his time at Old Trafford, he was part of Alex Ferguson's treble-winning side of 1999.

Most overated player. Cannot head, cannot tackle, cannot dribble, cannot use both legs to shoot. Can only cross the ball.

But you're forgetting his 2 most under-rated skills -- change hairstyle and sell T-shirts

he is good looking. the most important feature to get you ahead nowadays.

Beckham is probably the best dead-ball specialist of his generation.

his crossing is really great, ball on a teammate's head with precision accuracy.

maybe as assistant or even manager leh? but epl confirm cannot, maybe lions?

Arsenal just appointed their former defender Steve Bould as assistant manager, so won't be as assistant manager.

There's a rumour that he might be going to QPR as player-coach. They really need him (or anyone).

Reminds me of Rahim Omar - Uncle Choo used to make him kick through a used tyre hung from a tree during the really good days.

Yeh, the british press says he is the world class player, I would say he is a world class cross, a world class cross dresser.
He should had stayed at old trafford instead his wife got greedy and wanted to control her " golden BALLS"

He's way overrated.....he's good but not great......there are many of his generation that were much better.
He is famous for his good looks that's about it....

He wanted to stay but will Ferguson want him to? The gaffer knew he is not that good after all and is more than willing to offload him for a shitload of stupid money.
