谢霆锋日前接受电视节目《最佳男主角》主持人黎芷珊访问时，自爆曾患皮肤癌，日前已到医院进行手术，将肿瘤消除。谢霆锋说，3年前拍《十月围城》，剃头后经纪人霍汶希发现他头上有黑痣，但当时他并没有理会，直到日前再度剪发拍戏，霍汶希发现黑痣变大，提醒他到医院检查。医生诊断是黑色素瘤，也就是皮肤癌，要求谢霆锋立刻进行切除手术，谢霆锋答应，头部因此缝了5针。他的经纪人霍汶希在微博回应，肿瘤切除后证实是良性，还好及时发现，有惊无险。
