S'pore deserved to lose. It would be gross injustice if they had won. They approached the game with a totally loser mentality. Instead of playing football, they were contented to just clear the ball up field for most part of the 2nd half. They made no attempt to move forward by passing the ball. And every time ATM got the ball, they commit a foul. They were without any imagination neither in attack nor defense. Be it the national team or the LIONS XII, it makes no difference. It's all about negative football. Be it a foreign coach or a local coach, it makes no difference when the players ball control skills is absolutely zero. It will be the same for another 50 years when the players have absolutely zero soccer intelligence. S'pore football has always been close to being in the doldrum, it has now completely sunk into the doldrums. S'poreans should call for the Sports Council to stop wasting money on a national soccer team and to disband the entire FAS and its bunch of clowns headed by the biggest clown.
