[h=2]Pinoy FT to local Malays: "Your A level is worthless every aminah got one!"[/h]
One week after one pinoy boy sparked a massive outcry with his incessant drumming in Choa Chu Kang, another pinoy ‘foreign talent’ Jeremy Joseph found himself in the spotlight again with a comment which appeared to denigrate Singapore Malays.
In a comment posted on Facebook, Jeremy Joseph took a snipe at ‘A’ level students, describing the ‘A’ certificate as ‘useless’:
“Your ‘A’ levels are now useless. Now even your Marias and Aminahs have the equivalent to A levels and only one step away from a Degree.”
According to information posted on his Facebook, Jeremy Joseph studied in Holy Innocents’ High School after which he went on to pursue a Bachelor degree in Mass Communication at the Singapore Institute of Management.
“Aminah” is a common Arabic name used by Muslims, meaning “trustworthy and faithful.” It is not known if Jeremy Joseph is a Singapore PR or new citizen.
