四马路肉粽摊不要买哦！太阳晒到臭酸！

没有冰柜，没有蒸笼。这样把肉粽挂在太阳炎热地摊买，我也没有想到。

结果在3个不同摊位买十几个。大部分吃了都已经臭酸！

Exactly! Opened up at the breakfast table one by one gets rejected. But son brought one out to school already eaten and he said yes tasted not quite right.:(

lianbeng says, "if indeed the dumpling had soured when u opened it up, u would have smelled something very pungent and sour, that's the 1st sign of spoiled food - it's like u smelled a dead rat, u would have alerted urself that something is dead. so lianbeng cannot see the logic why still can swallow the soured food and not throw away?"

Aiyoo you go and put your Bak Chang under the hot sun for a day and try lah.

Glutinous rice outside sticks and seals the meat inside. When you started first bite you are only eating the rice, the meat still covered inside. And 臭酸 is the meat first that get spoiled not the mushroom nor 栗子 yet. Usually only 1 or 2 pieces of pork. And the fatty pork are not the one the spoil 1st, it is the lean pork the worse. By the time you chewed that lean pork you spit out and discard the Bak Chang. You might had already Tiok Lao Sai next day already.

There are various extend or degrees of food turning bad Lian Beng. Initially anything would be good then slowing they deteriorate then from bad to worst. In the worst case you will smell fucking foul from outside the room. How can you expect all to be the same? Tiok Boh Tiok?

to: JI_Fled n flkyflky, lianbeng was painting the worst case scenario mah. ofcoz if the spoiled meat is hidden inside hard to tell lah. u got point also lah - up ur point. so 1 lesson to learn, always open up wateva is hidden inside before sinking ur teeth into it. lianbeng always open up bak chang to inspect the ingredient inside before biting same for bao, bun, etc...
