I haven't forgotten her.
Everyday, I go to the SGX website to read her company's announcements.
Please have some understanding and empathy for her.
Halimah Yaccob has just resigned as a non-executive director of the company in order to take up her new MOS post.
Her expertise will be sadly missed and our hearts go out to Ms Saw and her fellow directors, who will have to scour the world to recruit another similarly talented director.
There have been several announcements regarding turnover among the management team in recent months.
She has replaced the outgoing executives with new promotions, which clearly shows her ability to recognise and nurture talent.
We must give credit where credit is due.
