A MAN who had sex with his supervisor's teenage daughter was jailed for 12 months on Friday.
The 25-year-old surveyor, who cannot be named to protect the identity of the victim, admitted to having sex with the 14-year-old girl at a multi-storey carpark in Jurong West, and consensual oral sex with her at another carpark in 2008.
Deputy Public Prosecutor Edmund Lam told the court that the accused - who then had a girlfriend - committed the offences while tasked by his supervisor's boyfriend to fetch the victim and her siblings from school.
One afternoon in mid-2008, he fetched only the victim from school and drove the company vehicle to the multi-storey carpark and had sex with her.
On another occasion in the same year, he drove her to a multi-storey carpark in Marsiling, where she performed oral sex on him. Subsequently, he stopped fetching her from school, and they drifted apart.
She became upset and guilty about what transpired between them and told her mother. The accused could have been jailed for up to 10 years and fined on each charge.
