Here's a very basic signage Setup.

In this example, let's say you have about 10 video clips to display and a combination of text and images to scroll continuously and some other information which can display on the side of your screen. The steps to follow are:

Setup Screen size
From the menu, under Window, choose project config. Remove the default screen size if it does not match, then set the the pixel width and height accordingly. Since this is only one screen, leave the col and row as 1, save. This will set your project/schedule canvas size accordingly.

Add Project Item
If you are running on multi processor considering adding 2 clusters, one for containing video and the other for containing the 3 windows. It is not necessary to use group in this setup. When you insert the video and window items, adjust the location and size accordingly. On the panel you can give it a name.

Setting the Scheduling time
Assuming you are need to display continuously for 12 hours a day, you would turn on the display in the morning and off it before going back.

So, in this case, there's no need to set any date. Click the project time setter, in the seconds box, enter a value of 43200 ( 12 hours in seconds ). This will set your time-line per column to 12 hours.

Next set the start and end time for your video and windows. Click on "Schedule" button in the main tab, with the time indicator on column 0, select video, check "Visible" on the property window. Repeat for the 3 windows. Next, set the time indicator to column 1, select video and unchecked "Visible", a bar will appear. Repeat for the 3 windows.

You are now done with windows but will have to adjust the video later, click on the "Main" button.

Scroll Window
Select the scroll window, and then click the "object" tab. When you select a window, it defaulted to type "none", here on the property tab under window type, choose Scroll. On the options tab, choose horizontal and then select the flow direction.

Now, either use the "Text" icon to insert your text or you can drop a AddinMedia formatted text into the canvas. Likewise, drag and drop any graphic or images, provided they can fit into the scroll height. Use the up and down arrow to adjust which items comes before the other. It is not necessary to align the placing. The system will automatically centralize and align accordingly.

Change Window
Same steps as scroll window, except choose "Change" and the "effect" the set. Each graphic, text and image will be displayed one after another and automatically centralized.

Video
Use the "plus" button in the object tab to add your movie clips. Set the object time setter to 600 seconds, assuming this is the average clip time. Check and unchecked the "Visible" according to the length of each movie. Each time, make sure you align the start and end time of each clip.

Take note of the total time, now, click on "project" tab as we need to adjust the video time-line. Let's say the total time of all movies add up to an hour, set the project time-line to 1 hour ( you may have to drag out the project tab and expand ). Drag the far end of the capsule and align from the 12th column to first. On the property tab, check "interval", the repeat box next to it shows "0" which means this time-line will repeat forever at zero interval (ensure all 4 time boxes are 0)".

Now you are done.
