Democrats Chairman in Cambodia to observe elections

Singapore Democrats

SDP Chairman Gandhi Ambalam is presently in Cambodia as part of a team to observe elections there. Mr Ambalam will be in Cambodia from 23-28 Jul 08 with the Council of Asian Liberals and Democrats (CALD) of which the Singapore Democrats holds the current Chair.

Meetings with ambassadors and other election monitoring organisations will be held. The CALD team will also travel to the various provinces to observe election rallies.

The Singapore Democrats are in discussion with various international bodies to invite them to observe elections in Singapore expected in 2011.
