3月15日下午2点多，网友小谭、小何等3人在位于温岭市温峤镇的楼旗尖风景区游玩时，无意中发现了高空索道上竟滑行着一辆用手拉车改装的缆车，里面坐有五个人，大家都看呆了，非常危险，网友们都说这辆缆车堪称史上最牛索道缆车。
