The criteria is high human traffic with excellent rentability to top-tier tenants such as banks, fastfood, etc.

One area I am interested in the future is Shop lots in Vantage Bay.

There is this Merlin tower with retails, office, hotel , connected to City Square by sky brigde(such prime location). But it was plagued by vice, mismanagement. Wonder will any big fish buy and transform it?

Shop lots at Sutera Utama, Southkey, Mt Austin seem to be easy to rent out. Can consider these areas.
