just wait for 2010 and australia's turn. its going to be painful! - along with the 48% taxes, GST and very high prices there.

Unfortunately for the SPGs...
They are still going for Poms and realised too late how stingy they are.
Ask their Singapore wives/partners to go out to work to earning living, and using their wages to buy a wreaker car (The Brits reserve the good cars for themselves) and making their kids pay for rents after they start work. :biggrin:
