Nonsense. Hamas did not allow another election because they know they would be voted out if they were to do it. They were holding the voters hostage. Well, you can say the voters got what they voted for.
Hamas has no power to hold the election. That power lies with the Palestinian Authority who rules the west bank and recognised as legitimate government by the West and Arab monarchs.
