PAP did best in this constituency, winning 79.75% of the votes.
Even though Tharman is no longer there, chances of PAP losing this constituency is slim provided PAP put in a reasonable replacement.
Ideal to parachute a new face, a rising star and future minister into this GRC.
Which army general or civil servant will it be?
