it’s always the civilian driver’s fault.
It's partly the spf car fault and more on civilian car fault.
The long truck already stopped.spf car is supposed to make use of the yellow box to position behind the truck, not next to truck.
The civilian car is supposed to stop before the yellow box when the truck has stopped.
