When they go scan for something, they can find incidental findings on other organs not relating to the original problem. And they may seems like a normal healthy people.

If u r an unvaxxed, there is a high probability u r someone who has the knowledge to take care of ur health well. Their organs will not be harm by nature as they are educated enough to know what good to eat that is best for them.
