A friend of mine heeded the call of the PAP to upgrade when he enrolled for a course at NTUC. After completing the course, he was not successful in applying for any job that's related to the upgrading course that he took and he remains a Grab driver. I feel quite happy seeing his predicament due to the fact that this dumb fuck voted for the Pappies in previous GEs.
