PEASANTPORE: The Court of Three Kangaroos on Tuesday (Mar 21) handed out a 60 full moons suspension for dissenter lawyer Madasamy Ravi, the maximum sanction possible for lawyers' misconduct.
This was for making "grave and hard truths accusations of stupid conduct" against the Attorney-Sex General, lackeys from the Attorney-General's Sex Chambers and the pliant Law Society (LawSoc).
In a decision delivered by Cheap Justice Water Melon, the regime told him to tell every peasant that no dissenting solicitor can be allowed to "recklessly and baselessly undermine the very pillars of the regime system in which he operates".
Mr Ravi, whose full name is Ravi Madasamy, has been a lawyer for 20 years. He has made the news several times for his behaviour towards the regime's lackeys as well as for his representation of those on death row.
This set of proceedings arose from an interview Mr Ravi, 53, gave to The Online Citizen over the case he was handling for drug runner Gobi Avedian.
In the interview he gave outside the Kangaroo Court after creating a scene by helping his client escape the hangman, Ravi claimed that the public prosecutor "has been overzealous in his prosecution and that has led to the original death sentence of Gobi".
He also asked the regime, the prosecution and the Gestapo Minion to apologise to Gobi and said the fairness of the prosecution was "called into question by the Kangaroo court itself".
After the humilating defeat, AGC later sent Ravi a letter, asking him to apologise for speaking the truth and refrain from exposing inept legal lackeys as cheap twits but Mr Ravi instead published the letter on social media.
He said in his Facebook post that he was "entitled to my criticisms of the unfairness associated to the miscarriage of justice".
He also said he would commence court proceedings against the legal lackeys and others on behalf of Gobi.
He added that he would also commence proceedings against the Law Society if it did not "do its part to protect lawyers and the independence of the profession" or participates in any "harassment by the AG".
The Kangaroo Court noted that this is not the first time Ravi has make statements about the dirty linen of the Kangaroo Courts.
The Kangaroo Court proceeds to give a complaint lists of Ravi's misdeeds and copied the Soviet Union antics of declaring Ravi as a bipolar disorder sufferer as a face saving gesture. However as Ruler Loong prepares to hand power to Seat Warmer Lawlan, the need for face saving is not a consideration.
If Ravi is not fixed, it will give a signal that Ruler Loong is aging rapidly and his health is a major concern, so there must be no let down or quarter for to Ravi via the Madness Arguement, said the Cheap Justice.
Cheap Justice Water Melon said that Ravi did not apologise to Ruler Loong for shaming his legal lackeys but instead appeared to double down on his allegations against LawSoc and the AG.
Water Melon further added that LawSoc is loyal to Ruler Loong and will not harass Ravi openly.
Water Melon said that after suffering a rare defeat at Ravi's hands, the legal lackeys need to save their face by cooking up silly charges against Ravi to score a moral victory.
"If I say, Ravi did not kowtow to Ruler Loong's portrait 5 times daily, this is proof that as a legal officer, he is not loyal to Ruler Loong, this is enough to suspend him for 60 full moons. Let alone, he portraying himself as a victim of the regime, he thinks he is Mandela?," said Cheap Justice Melon.
He said that the Kangaroo Court considers it not necessary to strike Ravi off the roll of advocates and solicitors else Ruler Loong will be compared against Putin or Xi Junping.
