STOMPer Sebastian saw this young couple in school uniform apparently making out in Bishan Library at about 6pm on May 13. He was shocked that the youths were so open and touchy-feely in a public place.
Said the STOMPer:
"The couple was so open in public and so touchy-feely!
"They were at the top floor of the library at a seat located near the window.
"People were glancing at them once in a while.
"The librarian even asked them if they were studying as they were hugging each other so tightly. And they claimed they were.
"They were only secondary school students. Has the school not been teaching them moral values?"
"What is happening to Singapore? Don't the schools educate their students?"
