1) Provide job for above 40 years old jobless Singaporean
2) Provide training skill example making food, haircut, spa, games and so on.
3) Provide for CDC activities to out reach Singaporean. Example Job Fair, Family care program

Rules

1) Working Hours 4pm to 10 pm
2) Working day is Wed - Sun off Mon & Tue
3) Rotate schedule to each RC for a week (5days)
4) Only license holder (Jobless Sole Proprietor or Register of Society) can operate the store
5) Selling price or service must below than market 30%
6) Only approve committee that CDC agree can organise the program
7) Each CDC Mayor shall decide their own rule and regulation
8) Each Store is 5'X5'

The current situation that PAP admits is the economic downturn from outside Singapore demand was went down. We only can increase local demand to go up.

1) We take money from reserve and pump to Singaporean to purchase local economy activities.

2) Charity Organisation like NSP and Red Star Community Service can get money from donor and donate rice and foods to Singaporean.

3) By given 8 to 10 months bonus to CDC staff, the money can use for funding conservative, facility and maintenance for helping the participants

4) There are a lot Singaporean do not know about government assistant and family care programs. Our CDC made everything inside internet and air-con room. Out reach is an only way to solve the problem.

NSP has zero knowledge on the economy, but you guys are way better than SDP. At least you dun bring destructions, although you will not bring any progress to Singapapore like the PAPs.

SDP is very constructive in Economic.

I m not thanking NTUC or PAP, BUT I m sure they would thank you alot for making them look like angels with your oxymoronic suggestions.

You are known to be one with a very good education background comparing to your peers, but your gasp, or in this case, the total lack of any handling of the econ-scoial needs of Singapore and how a Business is suppose to be conducted really make NTUC and PAP look so much more experts than they are.

Please dont ever think of standing for elections, or else PAP will have another laughing stock they can use against the opposition.
