U are such an idiot. when u pay a PM of a shit hole 3rd world country $100K a year, u expect shit to happen. when u pay a PM $3 million a year, u don't expect the same shit that happens in the $100K PM's country to happen in the $3million PM's country. Its call money for performance.

For $100k per year, problems are never resolved and the same shit happens over and over again.

However, for $3 million per year, issues are fixed permanently. Of course new problems will crop up as we live in an imperfect world but they'll be put to bed quickly by the highly competent PM and his team.
