So do the hadiths supercedes the Qur'an? Many islamic practices are based on the hadiths. Like day of Hari Raya to be determined by the moon, pray 5 times a day, 72 virgins, etc...and these practices seem to supercedes everything so it seems hadith more important than Qur'an

Absolute morality dictates that there is only one absolute decision based on that specific circumstance.
And every time that specific circumstance presents itself, the same exact actions must be taken.
Otherwise you will introduce bias, discrimination, racism, and all sorts of excuses and reason.

Your example of a person drowning can present a million backstories of why you should not save him.
Absolute morality takes away your excuses not to.

The other example of pork as mentioned in the Quran 2:173

"He has only forbidden you ˹to eat˺ carrion, blood, swine,1 and what is slaughtered in the name of any other than Allah. But if someone is compelled by necessity—neither driven by desire nor exceeding immediate need—they will not be sinful. Surely Allah is All-Forgiving, Most Merciful."
